“ My favourite pizza in Adelaide. Crispy base, puffy crusts and delicious sugo and toppings. The warm olives are also awesome. The “feed me” menus are affordable and you get great portions and a variety of dishes. Better pricing than competitors and well worth it. Staff are always friendly. Atmosphere is good. Cannot recommend more! ”
“ Pizza e Mozzarella Bar is one of my favourite restaurants in Adelaide. Their wood fired pizza oven runs exclusively on Red Gum and fires up early in the day, so you can smell the aroma in the street when walking past, if you didn’t already need encouragement to go inside for lunch. I’ve take the cooking class here, Monday night (need to book well in advance) is a master class in authentic pizza making, not to mention the fun of a common table and bottomless wine glasses. I ate here recently on my own after a long day, the pizza came out very quickly, beautiful thin base. Tutto Mare, paired perfectly with a local (Chalk Hill) Montepulciano! The service is super friendly and I love the atmosphere. ”
“ As someone born and raised in Italy, I’ve always been skeptical when it comes to pizza outside of my country. Too many times I’ve been disappointed by versions that have little to do with the real thing. But Pizza e Mozzarella in Adelaide completely changed my perspective. This is, without a doubt, the best pizza I’ve ever eaten outside of Italy—ever. From the first bite, I felt like I was back home. The dough is light, perfectly fermented, and cooked to perfection with that beautiful char from a real wood-fired oven. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can tell they’ve been chosen with care and respect for tradition. The mozzarella melts just right, the tomato sauce tastes like something made by a nonna, and the balance of flavors is exactly how it should be—simple, genuine, and unforgettable. It’s not just pizza, it’s a little piece of Italy in the heart of Adelaide. I honestly didn’t expect to find something so authentic so far from home. Complimenti davvero a chi lavora con tanta passione. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending it to every Italian (and non-Italian) I meet. ”
“ Came here for a quick dinner before the football and quick it certainly was! Recommend booking in advance, as even if there are other tables empty you’ll have the option to move if you want, you just have to ask the friendly staff! Decent selection of pizzas, we were in a rush so didn’t have time to look at the entire menu to see what was on offer, we just went straight for the pizzas. But they came out within 5-10 minutes which was great because we were a bit time poor to make it to the game before first bounce Will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommended for any pizza lover or anyone undecided on what to eat ”
“ Absolutely delicious pizza, and gnocchi. Lovely friendly service. The seating especially in the front area is a bit awkward especially the bar stools which are too high for the table. ”
“ We stopped by Pizza e Mozzarella Bar recently and had an awesome experience. We ordered the Margherita and Vegetarian pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend if you’re into great pizza with fresh ingredients. Will definitely be coming back. ”
